one report, one listing
Include the title, host and listing or direct-source URL so the operator can find the exact public record.
02 · be specific
name the field and value
“Deadline should be 14 August” is actionable. “This looks wrong” is not. The linked direct source is the decision evidence.
03 · review
a person checks the report
Corrections receive human review. A source-backed field may be updated, or a stale listing may be removed. Submission does not guarantee a change or reply.
