Curation policy

Official feeds: Tier 1 official APIs and ATS feeds may publish after normalization and safety checks.
Platform sources: Tier 2 event platforms may auto-ingest with source-health monitoring and duplicate control.
Public submissions: Tier 3 submissions wait for an operator review before they can reach a public board.
Editorial decisions: Features, picks and comparisons require a human decision rather than an automated ranking.

i'm manav. i build in public and i'm mildly obsessed with the idea that opportunity is unevenly distributed. most people never lose on talent. they lose because they never saw the right room in time.

one weekend build, one role or one grant can bend a career. tensor hack is the decision layer: enough source context to reject a weak opportunity quickly, then a direct path to the place that actually runs it.

The automation does the repeatable collection work. Human judgment is reserved for public submissions, corrections and editorial choices. The methodology publishes that line plainly.
